01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the peso63 platform — including any of its games, features, promotions, or services — you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement applies to all users of the peso63 platform, including registered account holders and visitors who use the platform on a trial basis.

These Terms are supplemented by the peso63 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the peso63 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR licensing conditions applicable to online casino gaming in the Philippines. peso63 employs age verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming platforms of this nature is lawful. peso63's services are primarily directed at users in the Republic of the Philippines.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or exclusion order — whether imposed by peso63, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gaming authority.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of peso63, its subsidiaries, or its game providers.

03 Account Registration

To access the full suite of peso63 services, you must create a registered account. The following terms govern account registration:

3.1 Account Creation

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your valid Philippine mobile number, and your email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active peso63 account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, address, mobile number, device identifier, IP address, or bank account may be treated as duplicate accounts. peso63 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings generated across such accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your peso63 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. peso63 will never contact you to request your password through any channel. All activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify peso63 of any unauthorized access.

3.4 Account Verification

peso63 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time, including upon registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time frame specified by peso63 may result in the restriction or suspension of your account.

04 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, peso63 implements a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process. All users are required to successfully complete KYC before withdrawals above the applicable threshold are processed.

Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to:

• Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Social Security System (SSS) ID
• Voter's ID or Voter's Certification
• Postal ID

peso63 may also request proof of address, proof of source of funds, or other supporting documentation where required by its regulatory obligations. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with the peso63 Privacy Policy.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

peso63 accepts deposits through the following payment methods, subject to minimum and maximum limits published on the cashier page: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and USDT (where applicable). All deposits are credited to your peso63 wallet in Philippine Pesos (PHP) at the time of transaction. peso63 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts not registered in your name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. peso63 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within two (2) banking hours during standard Philippine banking hours. peso63 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to approving any withdrawal and may delay processing where such checks are ongoing.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on the peso63 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise expressly stated. Any applicable foreign exchange conversion fees are the responsibility of the user and will be borne in addition to any transaction fees charged by the user's payment provider.

5.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has shown no login activity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months shall be considered dormant. peso63 may apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. peso63 will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder prior to the application of any such fee.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

peso63 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published in connection with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to eligible registered users aged 21 and above who have completed all applicable registration and verification requirements.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer's dedicated promotion page.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds may only be used on games that contribute toward the wagering requirement. Not all games contribute equally — contribution percentages are published per game or game category on the promotion page.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• peso63 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in active wagering progress.
• Multiple accounts used to abuse bonus offers will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds across all associated accounts and may result in permanent account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games available on the peso63 platform are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface itself, as well as the general gaming terms set out herein. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules.

peso63 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNG) for all digital games, independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by certified third-party studio providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the platform and reflect theoretical long-term averages — they do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.

In the event of a discrepancy between the outcome displayed on your device and the outcome recorded on peso63's servers, the server-side record shall be the definitive record for the purposes of determining the result of any wager.

Bets placed in error by the user — including unintended bet amounts or selections — are not eligible for refund once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review your bet selection and stake prior to confirmation.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the peso63 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities where applicable:

• Registering as or impersonating any person other than yourself
• Registering or using the platform when under the age of 21
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any technological tools to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including but not limited to coordinating wagers in live dealer games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or obvious software error will be voided
• Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the platform to conduct transactions connected to illegal activity
• Attempting to access other users' accounts or compromising the security of the platform
• Charging back or disputing a legitimate deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider
• Abusing the peso63 bonus system through coordinated multi-account activity or deliberate low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to extract bonus value

09 Responsible Gaming

peso63 is committed to providing a safe, controlled gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The platform offers the following tools to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net losses within a defined time period
• Session Time Limits: Receive automated reminders and logout prompts after a set duration
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at configurable intervals showing your session duration and net position
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform — take effect immediately upon request
• Account Cooling-Off: Pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without full self-exclusion

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the peso63 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, artwork, logos, text, database structure, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of peso63 or its licensed game providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the peso63 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the peso63 platform or its content without prior written authorization from peso63.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, peso63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.

peso63's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your peso63 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

peso63 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods, third-party payment provider outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. peso63 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of scheduled downtime in advance.

12 Termination and Account Closure

12.1 Termination by peso63

peso63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and/or access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent conduct, or breached any applicable law or regulatory requirement. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, peso63 may freeze your account and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies before releasing any funds.

12.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request permanent closure of your peso63 account at any time by contacting the support team through official support channels. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure — subject to completion of pending wagering requirements and verification of withdrawable funds — will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

peso63 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines. By using peso63, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

peso63 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, PAGCOR, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or for the purposes of fraud prevention and regulatory compliance.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first seek resolution through peso63's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes may be submitted to the peso63 support team in writing. peso63 will acknowledge the dispute within five (5) business days and provide a written resolution within thirty (30) business days of receipt.

Where internal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be referred to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures. As a final recourse, parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

15 Amendments to These Terms

peso63 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, peso63 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through in-platform notifications or email to the address on file.

Your continued use of the peso63 platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.2.
