• Account and Identity Data: Retained for the duration of your active peso63 account, plus five (5) years following account closure — in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• Transaction and Financial Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA implementing regulations.

peso63 will respond to all data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. In cases of particular complexity, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days — peso63 will notify you of any such extension within the initial thirty-day period. Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations under applicable law, particularly where processing is required for legal compliance, PAGCOR regulatory obligations, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.

11 Minors and Age Restrictions

The peso63 platform is strictly intended for persons who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable Philippine law governing online casino gaming. peso63 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If peso63 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21 — through account verification processes, parental notification, or any other means — it will immediately suspend the relevant account, delete all associated personal data, and void any transactions conducted through that account, in accordance with its zero-tolerance underage gaming policy.

12 Third-Party Links and Services

The peso63 platform may contain references to third-party services — such as licensed payment providers GCash and PayMaya — that are governed by their own privacy policies. peso63 is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platform before providing personal data to that platform.

Where peso63 integrates third-party services into the platform — such as certified live dealer studios or payment gateways — only the minimum personal data necessary for the operation of that integration is shared with the third party, subject to a data processing agreement that binds the third party to standards consistent with RA 10173 and this Policy.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

peso63 reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or data processing practices. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
